Trodat Professional 5208 personalised logo stamp

The Trodat Professional 5208 is a self-inking stamp with a 68 × 47mm rectangular impression area. Consider it when your logo or combined artwork needs more space than a compact stamp. Check the complete design at the intended impression size rather than assuming every detailed logo will remain readable.

Prepare your logo and check the visual

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.

Use the clearest original artwork available. Fine lettering, small taglines, gradients and photographic shading may need simplifying for a conventional single-colour stamp. Check spelling, numbers, alignment and the whole design in the personaliser visual. A separate manual proof is available on request; it is not automatically sent with every order.

Choose a suitable surface

Standard self-inking logo stamps are intended for suitable absorbent paper and uncoated matt card. Glossy or coated materials may prevent ink absorbing and can smudge. Ask before ordering for fabric, wood, plastic or other specialist surfaces so the stamp and ink can be checked for the application.

For artwork, size or deadline advice, call 01695 769113. We aim to despatch orders placed before midday (12pm) on the same day, but this is an aim rather than a guarantee; stock may need ordering in for the next day. Carrier transit time is separate.
