Where can I find my tracking number?
Check the despatch confirmation email for your order, including your junk or spam folder. Tracking is added to your order on despatch. If you cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we can help.
Which courier is delivering my order?
Use the courier named in your despatch confirmation or delivery message. The courier used may differ from the service originally selected, so check that message before choosing a tracking link. If you are unsure, please contact us.
Why is my tracking not showing an update?
A tracking number may be created before the courier first scans your parcel. Check again after the first scan. If the tracking remains unchanged or your expected delivery date has passed, contact us with your order number and tracking reference.
My order has not been despatched yet
Courier tracking covers your parcel's journey after despatch. For an update on an order that is still being prepared, please contact our team. Read our delivery information for despatch guidance and delivery services.
My parcel is late or marked as delivered, but I cannot find it
Check the courier's tracking details for a delivery photo, safe place or neighbour, where available. If you still cannot locate your parcel or need help with a delay, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
