Can you help me choose the correct stamp size?
Yes. Tell us how many lines of text you need, whether you are adding a logo, and the surface you intend to stamp. We can recommend a suitable model.
Can I send my logo or artwork by email?
Yes. You can email your artwork to info@stampdesign4u.co.uk. High-resolution PDF, EPS, AI or PNG artwork is generally best.
How do I find the right replacement ink pad?
Look for the stamp model number on the front or side of the stamp. Include that number in your message and our team can identify the correct pad.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact us immediately. Changes may be possible if production has not already started, but personalised products can enter production quickly.
Do you offer help with bulk orders?
Yes. Contact us with the models, quantities and artwork requirements. We can advise on suitable products and available volume pricing.
What information should I provide for an urgent order?
Include the product required, quantity, delivery postcode and the date you need the order. Please call before ordering so availability can be checked.
