Use a high-contrast code with adequate quiet space and test the final impression on the intended surface. Small codes, absorbent materials and uneven stamping reduce scan reliability.

Use a simple web address and allow enough space between the logo and text. Very long addresses or fine logo details may require a larger stamp for reliable reproduction.

The minimum practical size depends on the font, stamp model and surface. Simple bold fonts work better than thin or decorative styles, especially when several lines of text are included.

Vector formats preserve clean edges when resized. When only an image is available, provide the highest-resolution version and avoid screenshots, compressed thumbnails or photographs of printed artwork.
