Thank you for shopping with Stamp Design 4U! We're based in Burscough, Lancashire, and we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options.
Order Processing
We process and dispatch orders the same working day for orders placed before midday (12pm). Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day. Every order is carefully handled by our UK-based team before it heads out the door.
UK Delivery Options
We offer a range of UK delivery services so you can choose the speed and cost that suits you. Prices shown are for standard parcels up to 2 kg and may vary slightly depending on size and weight.

Free Shipping Thresholds:
- Free DPD Next Day delivery on orders over £50
- Free Amazon 1–2 Day delivery on orders over £30
⚠️ Please note: DPD Next Day and Amazon 1–2 Day delivery services are not available to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other remote UK areas. If your address falls within these areas, Royal Mail services will be used and delivery may take slightly longer.
DPD Next Day – What to Expect
When you choose DPD Next Day, please make sure your email address and phone number are correct at checkout — DPD will send you a 1-hour delivery time slotnotification so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. You can also request delivery to a safe place, a neighbour, or a local convenience store if you're not in.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Need it guaranteed before 1pm? Choose Royal Mail Special Delivery for urgent orders. This service is fully tracked and guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day (Monday–Friday).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide with no country exclusions! International orders are sent via Royal Mail Internationalat a flat rate of £6.50. Delivery times vary by destination country — please select the "International" option at checkout.
Please note that international customers may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
All orders include tracking where applicable. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Didn't Receive Your Order?
If your order hasn't arrived by the day after the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We'll track your parcel and, if we can't locate it, we'll send a replacement free of charge.
