To help us prepare a useful quote, include:
- Quantity: total number of stamps and number of different designs.
- Design: wording, logo or example artwork; explain which details change between stamps.
- Size: required impression dimensions, existing model number, or an example of the space available.
- Use: what you will stamp and how frequently the stamps will be used.
- Ink: preferred colour and any surface or ink requirements.
- Delivery: destination postcode, number of delivery locations and the date you need the order.
- Business details: your organisation name and a contact email or telephone number.
Ordering different names or branch details?
Use our spreadsheet to list each design, exact wording, stamp model or impression size, preferred ink colour, quantity, artwork filename and delivery group. It works for staff names, school teams, branch addresses and repeated copies of one design.

Complete the Order details and Stamp list tabs, then email the saved file to jack@stampdesign4u.co.uk with any logo artwork attached separately. Please check spelling, numbers and line breaks before sending. If you need a separate manual proof, include that request in the notes.
The spreadsheet is a quote request. We will confirm product suitability, artwork requirements, pricing and delivery before the order proceeds.
One design or several variations?
For identical stamps, tell us how many copies you need. For staff names, branch addresses or other changing details, a clearly labelled list or spreadsheet helps us match each version to the right stamp.
If you have an existing stamp to match, include its brand, model and a photograph of the impression.

Tell us about an urgent deadline before placing the order. We will check availability, artwork requirements, production and delivery options before confirming what is possible. Delivery transit time starts after despatch.
