Despatch
We aim to despatch orders placed before midday (12pm) on the same working day. This is an aim, not a guarantee. Some items may need to be ordered in, which can delay despatch. For an urgent deadline, check with us before ordering.
Need your stamps for a particular date?
Contact us before ordering or call 01695 769113 with:
- The product link or stamp model and quantity.
- Your delivery postcode and country.
- The date you need the order to arrive.
- Whether your wording/artwork is ready or you need design help.
We need to check stock, production requirements and the available delivery service before confirming whether your deadline is achievable. If you have already ordered, include your order number so we can check its status. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a delivery date or a change to an existing order.
Need to correct wording or an address on an order already placed? Prepare an order-change request with the complete details so we can check its stage.
UK delivery services
Free tracked delivery is available on orders over £39.99. Starting prices are shown below; available services and the charge for your order are shown at checkout.

Delivery times refer to the carrier service after despatch. A next-day delivery service does not guarantee same-day despatch.
Remote areas and delivery routing
DPD Next Day and Amazon 1–2 Day delivery services are not available to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other remote UK areas. Royal Mail services will be used and delivery may take slightly longer.
Orders for addresses in DPD/DPD Local Zones B, C or D are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
International delivery
International delivery uses International Tracked at £8.95. Delivery times vary by destination country. Check the available delivery option at checkout or contact us before ordering.
Tracking
Tracking is added to your order on despatch. Track your order with Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping or DPD.
If your parcel is late or tracking has not updated, open our tracking-help page for courier links and a delivery-help email draft. Have your order number, courier, tracking reference and delivery postcode ready.
Missing orders and errors
We provide replacements free of charge for missing orders and errors. If your order is missing or contains an error, please contact us so we can help.
For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, use our returns and faulty-item help. Include the order number, what is wrong and relevant photographs so the team can assess it.
