If your order has not arrived the day after the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We’ll track your order, locate it and if we cannot locate it for you, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

We offer a selection of UK delivery services so you can choose the speed and cost that suits you. Prices shown are typical UK rates (up to 2 kg) and may vary slightly depending on size/weight of the parcel.

Important Notes

Select DPD Next Day Courier if you need guaranteed next-day delivery. Please ensure your email and phone number at checkout are correct because DPD will send a 1-hour delivery time slot text/email.
- If you need before 1pm, Special Delivery is available for those urgent orders.
- With DPD you also have the option to specify: leave in a safe place, with a neighbour, or deliver to a local convenience store if you’re not in.

For international deliveries, please choose the “International” option at checkout and note that delivery times vary by country.

If you select a service and your item doesn’t arrive by the stated time, contact us and we’ll initiate tracking or replacement.
Proof & Returns
