Trodat Professional 5208 personalised text and logo stamp

Combine your logo and supporting wording in a 68mm × 47mm rectangular impression area. This self-inking professional stamp can suit business details on suitable invoices, forms and uncoated paper labels. The dimensions describe the impression, not the casing.

Use the available personaliser fields for your company name, address or contact details. The product is listed as a ten-line format, but the logo shares the same impression area: check the complete layout and simplify crowded details rather than assuming ten long lines and a large logo will always fit.

Upload your artwork

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. PDF upload is not currently supported. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.

Use clear source artwork. Fine taglines, gradients and photographic shading may need simplifying for a standard single-colour stamp. A full-colour logo does not mean the stamp reproduces all those colours. Read the artwork upload guide.

Check your layout

Use the fields offered in the personaliser and check spelling, numbers, alignment and spacing in the complete visual. Text capacity depends on line length, font and layout; adding a logo uses some of the available space. Screen zoom does not establish physical size, so use the stated millimetre dimensions.

Suitable materials

Standard self-inking ink is intended for suitable absorbent paper and uncoated matt card. Glossy, coated, plastic, fabric or other specialist surfaces need a compatible stamp and ink combination. Contact us before ordering for an unusual material.

Replacement pads

The model-compatible replacement is the Trodat 6/58 ink pad. Check the model code before buying. Extra pads in a package are replacement pads rather than a system for printing several colours at once. Follow the supplied care guidance and test on suitable scrap material if an impression changes.

We aim to despatch orders placed before midday (12pm) on the same working day, but this is an aim rather than a guarantee. Some items may need to be ordered in, which can delay despatch.
