Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering. Use the clearest original file and check spelling, alignment and any fine details at the intended impression size. Text capacity depends on the product, font and layout.

Ink and surface advice
Each stamp prints in one selected ink colour. Prepare multicolour artwork as a single-colour design and check its readability at the stated impression size. Casing colour does not indicate ink colour.
Check the ink and material together. Contact us before choosing this setup for glossy or coated packaging, fabric or other specialist surfaces.
Despatch and delivery
The midday despatch cut-off is an aim, rather than a guarantee; stock may need ordering in for the next day. Free tracked UK delivery is available on orders over £39.99. Tracking is added to the order on despatch. See our delivery policy for current services, transit estimates and restrictions. Missing orders and errors receive free-of-charge replacements.
