Personalised rubber stamps can add a repeatable design to stationery, event cards, business inserts and craft projects. Start with what you want to stamp, then choose a suitable impression size and ink. Standard self-inking ink is intended for absorbent paper and card; it is not a universal ink for every material.

1. Personalised correspondence

Add initials, a name or a short message to envelopes and uncoated note cards. Leave enough space for a clear impression and test the paper before stamping a batch.

2. Invitations and place cards

Use names, an event date or a simple motif across matching stationery. Check the date and spelling carefully, especially for a design that will be used throughout an event.

3. Scrapbooks and journals

Create a small recurring icon, heading or memorable phrase. Simple shapes and clear lettering are easier to reproduce than very fine details. Test for ink showing through thin journal paper.

4. Small-business branding

5. Teacher feedback

Use consistent marking messages on worksheets and exercise books. Choose a ready-made message or personalise the wording for your classroom. A short phrase is usually easier to read in a small impression.

6. Paperwork and planners

Mark documents with messages such as PAID, RECEIVED or APPROVED, or design a recurring planner heading. Stamp paper labels rather than assuming ordinary stamp ink will adhere directly to jars or plastic folders.

7. Seasonal gift tags

Add a name, greeting or simple seasonal design to uncoated gift tags and wrapping paper. Stamp the paper on a flat surface before wrapping, and let the ink dry before stacking.

8. Supervised craft activities

Use simple icons or names to decorate paper cards and drawings. Follow the product instructions and supervise children's use; ordinary office stamp ink should not be treated as face or skin paint.

9. Projects on other materials

Fabric, glossy coatings, plastic, wood and ceramics need individual assessment. The ink, stamp mechanism, material and any fixing process must work together. Contact us before ordering for these projects rather than assuming a standard self-inking stamp will be suitable.

10. Milestone keepsakes

Use a family name, occasion or date on guest-book cards, journal pages or paper keepsakes. Check the finished impression size against the available space before choosing a model.

Prepare artwork and check the design

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.

Keep lettering readable and simplify tiny details where needed. Sizes refer to the impression, so compare the printed design with the space on your stationery. A standard single-colour stamp prints in the selected ink colour, even when your uploaded artwork contains several colours.

The personaliser shows a visual of your design. A separate proof is available on request. Check wording, spelling, dates and the selected options before completing your order.
