Teacher and Reward Stamps

Teacher and Reward Stamps

Teacher stamps let you repeat a praise message, marking prompt or teacher name on pupils’ work without writing the same wording each time. Choose a reward stamp for recognition, a marking stamp for a recurring feedback task, or a personalised design when you want your name or chosen wording.

Start with our teacher-stamp buying guide, then browse the teacher and reward stamp collection.

Reward stamp or marking stamp?

  • Reward stamps use praise or a symbol, such as a star, to recognise work or effort.
  • Marking stamps repeat a status or prompt, such as Objective Met or Teacher Assisted Work.
  • Personalised teacher stamps add the name or wording supported by the selected design.

Choose wording that fits your classroom’s feedback approach. A stamp can provide a consistent prompt, while your written or spoken feedback explains what the pupil did well and what to do next.

Check the current product page for available ink colours, personalisation fields and impression size. A product URL may retain an older model or size reference; use the current listing and personaliser when choosing.

What size should I choose?

All listed dimensions describe the impression size. Compare that area with the space available in an exercise book, worksheet or reading record. A small symbol needs less space than a longer feedback message. Text capacity depends on the design, font and layout, so check the finished preview rather than relying on one character limit for every stamp.

How do I personalise a teacher stamp?

Select a personalised product and enter the wording offered in its personaliser. Check the teacher name, punctuation and layout in the visual before ordering. A separate proof is available on request.

If you want a school logo or your own artwork, choose a suitable artwork-enabled product rather than assuming every preset design accepts uploads. Our logo-stamp buying guide explains the options. SVG, PNG and JPG/JPEG artwork can be uploaded in the online personaliser. PDF upload is not currently supported; contact us before ordering if you only have a PDF.

Will the ink work on every worksheet?

Flat, absorbent, uncoated paper is a sensible starting point for standard self-inking teacher stamps. Glossy or coated worksheets may smear or dry differently. Test on spare material and let the impression dry before closing the book or stacking sheets. For another surface, ask us to confirm the appropriate stamp and ink.

Can I replace the ink pad?

Use a compatible replacement pad for the exact stamp model. The teacher range contains different models and designs, so check the product and pad compatibility before buying. Use our ink pad finder if you need help identifying the replacement.
