Custom Logo Branded Rubber Stamps

Custom Logo Branded Rubber Stamps

A custom logo rubber stamp lets you add your branding to business correspondence, tags and suitable uncoated packaging. Choose the stamp around the finished impression you need: the logo shape, any accompanying text and the surface you will stamp.

Where can a business logo stamp be useful?

Use it to personalise envelopes, paper inserts, thank-you cards or uncoated paper bags. A logo-only design keeps branding simple; a logo and text layout can include your business name, website or contact details. For address layouts, see our business logo and address stamp guide.

Check the material first. Standard self-inking stamp ink is intended for absorbent paper and card. Glossy, coated, plastic or uneven surfaces may need a different ink and stamp arrangement. Contact us before ordering for these uses, and test an impression on a sample of your material.

Compare logo stamp sizes

These measurements describe the impression size. Choose enough space for a readable design rather than squeezing detailed artwork into the smallest stamp. Follow each product link to check the current options and price.

Logo stamp options at a glance
Stamp and impression size When to consider it
Trodat 4933 — 25 × 25mm square Compact square logos for small tags or cards; check that fine details remain readable.
Trodat 4642 — 42mm round Round badges and circular branding; allow space around any lettering.
Trodat 4926 — 75 × 38mm Wider layouts combining a logo with business details or a short message.
Trodat 4927 — 60 × 40mm Logo and contact-details layouts that need more height than a narrow text stamp.

For more help choosing a shape and layout, use our logo-stamp buying guide. A larger impression gives you more room, but very fine lettering or intricate artwork can still need simplifying.

Prepare your logo and check the preview

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.

Use a clear design with strong contrast. Fine lines, tiny taglines and gradients may need adjustment for a legible stamp impression. Check your spelling, contact details and layout at the intended impression size. The personaliser displays a visual of your design; a separate proof is available on request.

See our online ordering guide for the steps from choosing a stamp to reviewing your design.

Choose ink and replacement pads correctly

Choose the ink colour offered on the product page. A standard single-colour stamp prints the design in that ink colour, even if the uploaded logo contains several colours. Extra ink pads in a package are replacement pads; they do not make the stamp print several colours at once.

When impressions become faint, find the replacement pad that matches your exact stamp model using our ink pad finder. Follow the product instructions rather than adding an unrelated ink. How long a pad lasts depends on the design and frequency of use.
