What can I stamp?

Standard ink suits absorbent paper and uncoated matt card, including invoices, envelopes, office forms, thank-you inserts and suitable packaging labels. Place the material on a flat support and test an impression first. Glossy bags, coated boxes and other non-absorbent surfaces may smudge. Ask for advice before choosing a stamp for fabric, plastic, metal or specialist packaging.

Artwork and preview

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.

Ink and aftercare

The built-in ink pad inks the stamp between impressions, so you do not need a separate external pad for routine use. Choose from the ink options available in the personaliser. When impressions fade, use the matching Trodat 6/4926 replacement ink pad. Replacing the pad refreshes the ink without changing the personalised logo or text.
