Another copy of the same design
Send your previous order number, quantity and ink colour. If you cannot find the order number, include the email address used for your purchase and a photograph of the existing impression if available.
We will check the previous product details and whether the artwork is available before confirming how to order. Tell us about any changes, even a small correction to a phone number or email address.
Same layout, different details
For a new staff member, changed address or updated logo, supply the exact new wording and explain what should stay the same. Check spelling, registration numbers and line breaks before sending.
If you need several names or branch versions, use the bulk-order page and downloadable stamp list. Give each design its own reference and put identical copies in the quantity column.
Only need a replacement ink pad?
If your wording is still correct but the impression is faint, first check the surface, technique and pad condition. A model-compatible replacement pad may be all you need. Replacing the ink pad does not change the wording or logo.
Match the brand and model on the stamp body or existing cartridge. Read our stamp-care checks or contact us with photographs if you cannot identify the model.
What happens after my request?
- We check the stamp model, design requirements and artwork availability.
- We confirm the current product, quantity, price and next steps. Tell us your required date so we can assess availability, production and delivery.
- Review the wording and layout using the agreed process before the order proceeds. A separate manual proof is available on request; ask for it before ordering if you need one.
Sending a request does not place or pay for an order. Previous prices and delivery arrangements may differ from current options.
