PRODUCT DETAILS

Product description

The Trodat Printy 4850 PAID stock date stamp prints fixed PAID wording in Blue above a manually selected date in Red. Its self-inking mechanism uses an internal pad for repeat marking of paper records.

Mark paper accounts records after checking payment

Use PAID on paper invoices or accounts records after checking the payment against your own records. Set the date to match the event you are recording, and retain any payment reference separately. The stamp applies a message and date; it does not connect to your bank or accounting system.

Product details

  • Model: Trodat Printy 4850
  • Fixed message: PAID
  • Ink: Blue wording / Red date
  • Date: manually adjustable day, month and year bands
  • Replacement pad for this divided configuration: Trodat 6/4850/2 (select Blue/Red)

This listing has one variant with fixed wording. Choose the wording that reflects the stage actually completed: issuing an invoice and receiving payment are different steps.

Compare your options

Compare the 4750 PAID date stamp for its different layout and selectable ink options. For your own message above the date, choose the personalised 4850 date stamp. Check the impression layout on the product you choose.

Date setting and maintenance

Follow the supplied instructions to set the date bands. Make a test impression and check the complete message before stamping finished paperwork. Recheck at the start of each working day and after adjusting the bands; the date does not update automatically.

If a particular future year matters, ask us to check the year range on the actual stock being supplied. Product photographs show an example date. When replacing the pad, match the 4850 model and Blue/Red configuration and follow its fitting instructions.
