Trodat Professional 5211 personalised logo stamp

Choose this self-inking stamp when your supplied logo or artwork needs an 85mm × 55mm rectangular impression area. It can suit repeated branding on suitable stationery, paper labels and uncoated card. This is the available impression size rather than the casing size.

Check the complete design at its intended dimensions. A larger impression provides more room, but does not guarantee every fine tagline or detailed logo will remain readable. If you want to enter supporting wording separately, compare the text-and-logo version.

Prepare your artwork

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. PDF upload is not currently supported. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.

Use clear source artwork. Fine taglines, gradients and photographic shading may need simplifying for a standard single-colour stamp. A full-colour logo does not mean the stamp reproduces all those colours. Read our artwork upload guide.

Preview and proof checks

Check spelling, numbers, alignment and spacing in the complete personaliser visual. Screen zoom does not establish physical size: use the stated millimetre dimensions. A separate manual proof is available on request; it is not automatically sent with every order. Follow our preview checklist.

Suitable surfaces

Standard self-inking ink is intended for suitable absorbent paper and uncoated matt card. Glossy, coated, plastic, fabric or other specialist materials need a compatible stamp and ink combination. Contact us before ordering for an unusual surface. Test the finished stamp on suitable scrap material before using it on the final item.

Replacement pads

The model-compatible replacement is the Trodat 6/511 ink pad. Check the model code before buying. Extra pads in a package are replacement pads rather than a system for printing several colours at once. Follow the supplied care instructions; if an impression changes, check the material, technique and pad condition before adding ink.

Ordering and delivery

Check the selected product, package, ink colour, quantity and displayed price before ordering. A standard ink colour is not an exact match to every brand-colour specification. For layout, artwork or deadline advice, call 01695 769113.

We aim to despatch orders placed before midday (12pm) on the same day, but this is an aim rather than a guarantee; stock may need ordering in the next day. Carrier transit is separate. Can this stamp reproduce a full-colour logo?

A standard single-colour stamp prints in the selected ink colour. It does not reproduce every colour in a full-colour logo file.
