Trodat 9511 personalised three-line text pocket stamp

Repeat a name, short address or contact details with a compact stamp you can carry between workplaces. This Trodat Printy 9511 listing is for a personalised text layout of up to three lines, with an internal ink pad for stamping suitable paper.

Plan a readable design

Use short, clear wording. A name, role and telephone number may suit a compact layout; a long address may need more space. Three lines does not mean every message will fit at a readable size, and there is no single character limit that suits every font.

Personalise and check your preview

Suitable stamping surfaces

Ordinary office ink suits appropriate absorbent paper and card. Place the item on a firm, flat support, press evenly and allow the impression to dry before handling it. Coated labels, glossy packaging, plastic and fabric need a separate ink-and-surface assessment; contact us before ordering for these materials.

Care and replacement pads

Close the stamp properly before carrying it and follow the model’s operating instructions. Store it away from heat and direct sunlight. Pad life depends on the design, use and storage conditions.

Check the exact model and pad reference before buying a replacement. Use the ink-pad finder or contact us for help. Extra pads are replacement pads; they do not turn a single-colour stamp into a multicolour printer.

Does the design change between impressions?

No. Your personalised design stays fixed during use. If your wording or logo changes, contact us about the appropriate replacement or new stamp.

Can I fit a full address in three lines?

It depends on the address length and font. Check the layout in the personaliser and choose a larger text stamp if the design becomes difficult to read.
