Combine a compact logo with essential wording in a portable self-inking stamp. The Trodat Printy 9511 contains its own ink pad and is useful for repeating the same business details on suitable paperwork away from your desk.

Plan a readable design

Keep the logo simple and the wording short. A business name with a telephone number or a few contact details may suit this layout better than a full address and a detailed logo. Text capacity depends on the wording, font and space used by the artwork.

Personalise and check your preview

Upload your logo, enter the wording offered by the personaliser, select the available options and check the visual before ordering. A separate proof is available on request.

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.

Choose from the options currently shown on the product page and in the personaliser. Casing colour and ink colour are separate choices; check the option labels rather than assuming they match.

Suitable stamping surfaces

Ordinary office ink suits appropriate absorbent paper and card. Place the item on a firm, flat support, press evenly and allow the impression to dry before handling it. Coated labels, glossy packaging, plastic and fabric need a separate ink-and-surface assessment; contact us before ordering for these materials.

Care and replacement pads

Close the stamp properly before carrying it and follow the model’s operating instructions. Store it away from heat and direct sunlight. Pad life depends on the design, use and storage conditions.

Check the exact model and pad reference before buying a replacement. Use the ink-pad finder or contact us for help. Extra pads are replacement pads; they do not turn a single-colour stamp into a multicolour printer.

Does the design change between impressions?

No. Your personalised design stays fixed during use. If your wording or logo changes, contact us about the appropriate replacement or new stamp.

How much text can I add alongside my logo?

The amount that remains readable depends on your logo, wording and font. Use the personaliser visual to assess the combined layout. If the information looks crowded, shorten it or compare a larger stamp.
