Trodat Printy 4926 personalised logo stamp

The Trodat Printy 4926 is a self-inking logo stamp with a 75 × 38mm impression area. Choose it when your logo needs more space than a compact stamp, for suitable absorbent paper and uncoated matt card such as invoices, inserts, labels and flat packaging panels. These dimensions describe the stamped impression.

Prepare your artwork

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering. Use the clearest original file. AI and EPS are not promised as supported online upload formats.

Fine lettering, closely spaced lines and complex logos may need simplifying to remain readable at the finished size. A larger impression area provides more layout space, but does not guarantee that every fine detail will reproduce clearly.

Choose a suitable surface and ink

This standard self-inking setup is intended for suitable absorbent paper and uncoated matt card. Glossy or coated surfaces may smudge because the ink cannot absorb. Ask us before ordering for fabric, wood, coated labels or other specialist materials so we can check the stamp and ink for your application.

Check the available ink choices in the personaliser. The stamp uses an internal ink pad; a separate external pad is not needed for normal use. Use the matching Trodat 6/4926 replacement pad and confirm the model on your stamp before ordering.

Compare layouts and impression sizes

If you need wording alongside a logo, see the 4926 text and logo stamp. For text without a logo, choose the 4926 custom text stamp. Text capacity depends on the font, spacing and layout.

Despatch, delivery and help

We aim to despatch orders placed before midday (12pm) on the same day. This is an aim rather than a guarantee: stock may need ordering in. Carrier transit time is separate from despatch. Tracking is added to the order on despatch.
