PRODUCT DETAILS

Product description

The Trodat Printy 4850 CHECKED stock date stamp prints fixed CHECKED wording in Blue above a manually selected date in Red. Choose it for a short, dated status mark on paper records.

What this listing includes

  • Brand and model: Trodat Printy 4850
  • Fixed wording: CHECKED
  • Ink configuration: Blue wording with a Red date
  • Self-inking mechanism with an internal ink pad
  • Manually adjustable day, month and year bands
  • Replacement pad for this divided ink configuration: Trodat 6/4850/2

This listing has one product variant. The wording is fixed and cannot be edited in a personaliser. For your own message, choose our personalised 4850 date stamp.

Mark paperwork after a check

Use this stamp on paper records once the relevant check has been carried out. Record the checker's name, scope of the check and any findings separately where needed. CHECKED is a different message from APPROVED: choose the wording that reflects the stage actually completed.

Which date stamp should I choose?

Choose this 4850 when you want the fixed CHECKED message above the date in the Blue/Red configuration described here. Compare the 4750 CHECKED date stamp if you want its different layout and selectable ink options. Check each product's impression layout before ordering.

Browse stock wording date stamps for other standard messages, or personalised date stamps for custom wording.

Setting the date and replacing the pad

Set the bands according to the instructions supplied with the stamp. Make a test impression on spare material and check the wording and full date before marking finished paperwork. Check again at the start of each working day and after adjusting the bands.

The date is set by the user rather than updating automatically. If you need a particular future year, ask us to check the year range on the actual stock being supplied. The date shown in a product photo is an example.

When replacing the ink pad, match both the model and the Blue/Red divided configuration. Follow the fitting instructions for your stamp. Our date stamp buying guide explains the main choices and setup checks.

Help before ordering

If you are stamping coated labels, laminated documents or packaging, contact us about the material before ordering. Test drying and readability on the actual surface before a full run.
