Trodat Professional 5212 personalised text and logo stamp

Combine a business logo with address details, contact information or supporting wording in a 116mm × 70mm rectangular impression area. This self-inking format is intended for larger layouts on suitable paperwork. The dimensions describe the available printed area, not the outer casing.

The logo and wording share the same impression area. Although this product is listed as a fourteen-line format, the usable text space depends on the logo size, line lengths, font and spacing. Keep only the details that need to appear in the finished impression, and check the whole design in the personaliser.

Artwork and logo preparation

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.

Use clear artwork with distinct lines and lettering. A standard single-colour stamp does not reproduce a full-colour image, gradients or photographic shading as shown on screen. Preview and proof checks

Check spelling, numbers, alignment and spacing in the complete personaliser visual. Screen zoom does not establish physical size: use the stated millimetre dimensions. A separate manual proof is available on request; it is not automatically sent with every order. Use our preview checklist before ordering.

Suitable surfaces

Standard self-inking ink is intended for suitable absorbent paper and uncoated matt card. Glossy, coated, plastic, fabric or other specialist materials need a compatible stamp and ink combination. Contact us before ordering for an unusual surface. Test the finished stamp on suitable scrap material before using it on the final item.

Replacement pads

The model-compatible replacement is the Trodat 6/512 ink pad. Check the stamp model before buying. Extra pads in a package are replacement pads rather than a system for printing several colours at once. Follow the supplied care instructions; if an impression changes, check the material, technique and pad condition before adding ink.

Ordering and delivery

We aim to despatch orders placed before midday (12pm) on the same day, but this is an aim rather than a guarantee; stock may need ordering in the next day. Carrier transit is separate.
