The best office stamp is the one that solves a task you repeat. These seven options cover branding, correspondence, payment processing, recurring signatures, dates, incoming paperwork and thank-you messages. You do not need all seven: start with the wording or detail you use most often.

1. Company logo stamps
A logo stamp lets you add the same design to suitable uncoated paper, cards or correspondence. Choose an impression area that keeps your logo readable. Fine taglines and detailed textures may need simplifying.
The 4933 square logo stamp has a 25 × 25mm impression size. It is a compact option for a simple design. Compare larger and differently shaped options in the logo guide before choosing.

For a large business design or frequent desk use, compare the Trodat Professional options in our heavy-duty guide.
2. Address and contact-detail stamps
Use a personalised text stamp for a return address, business name, telephone number or other recurring details. Include only what you need, then check spelling, postcode and layout before ordering.
Text capacity varies with the model, wording and font. A larger impression area may be more suitable for a long address than squeezing the text into a compact stamp. Browse the text-stamp range and check each product’s impression size.
The finished text design stays fixed during use. If your address changes, contact us about the appropriate replacement or new stamp for your model.
3. PAID stamps
A PAID mark helps a team recognise a payment-processing stage on an invoice or receipt. Apply it after checking the transaction and retain the supporting payment record. The stamp itself does not verify a payment.
The Trodat 4850 PAID date stamp combines ready-made wording with adjustable date bands. Set the date manually and check a test impression before marking a batch.
4. Signature-image stamps
A signature stamp repeats an uploaded signature image. Confirm that the recipient and your own process permit a stamped signature before ordering it for a particular document. Keep the stamp under the control of the person responsible for its use.
The Imprint 12 artwork stamp has a 48 × 18mm impression size. Check whether your signature remains clear at that size; it may need a different model if it is especially long or detailed.

5. Date stamps
A dater adds a date to repeated paperwork. Choose stock wording for a ready-made message or a personalised dater for your own text around the date.
Date bands must be adjusted manually; they do not advance automatically. Check the day, month and year before use. An ordinary dater does not record the time of day.
Use the date-stamp buying guide to compare stock daters and personalised date stamps.
6. RECEIVED stamps
A RECEIVED mark can show that paperwork entered your handling process. Agree where the mark goes and who applies it. Keep any reference, recipient or time-of-receipt information separately if your workflow needs it.
The Trodat 4850 RECEIVED dater adds a manually selected date. Our administrative-stamps guide gives examples of clear office workflows.
7. Thank-you stamps
A short thank-you message can be repeated on suitable note cards or packaging inserts. Choose text alone or add a simple logo using the Trodat 4927 text-and-logo stamp.
Test on your actual material. Ordinary office ink suits appropriate absorbent paper and card; coated packaging, plastic and fabric need a separate ink-and-surface assessment.
Before you order
Choose the impression size, wording and available ink option. Check the visual inside the personaliser before ordering; a separate proof is available on request.
Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.
Read the online ordering guide for the steps. For replacements, identify the exact stamp model using the ink-pad finder; extra pads are replacement pads.
