Keep the design readable

Choose a simple logo or icon that remains recognisable when reduced. Small lettering, thin lines and close gaps may merge or disappear, so a detailed full-size logo may need simplification.

• Measure the reward box on your card and leave space around the finished mark.
• Check the complete personaliser visual at the stated millimetre dimensions. Screen zoom changes how large the preview looks.
• Ask before ordering if the layout is difficult to judge or you need a separate manual proof. A manual proof is available on request and is not automatically sent for every order.

Card stock and ordering

Choose suitable absorbent, uncoated card. Glossy, laminated or coated matt stock needs a suitability check; a matt appearance alone is not enough. Follow the ink maker's instructions and test matching spare card before marking a batch.

Review the selected ink colour/options, design, quantity and displayed price before adding to your basket. For several copies or different designs, prepare a bulk request.

Replacement ink pad: For the Shiny S-510 stamp, choose the Shiny S-510-7 replacement ink pad. Check the model and cartridge reference before ordering.

For faint marks or a replacement-pad question, send the exact model and cartridge details for advice. Ink use varies with the design and stamping conditions, so no fixed number of impressions is promised.
