Prepare a logo for a small impression

Customers can upload SVG, PDF, PNG or JPG artwork. A simple, clear mark is easier to assess at 14 × 14mm than a logo containing a tiny tagline or fine detail. Upload acceptance does not by itself establish that every detail will reproduce clearly. Check the visual in the personaliser; a separate manual proof is available on request.

The maximum area is a boundary for the complete design, not a promise that every logo fills the square or that address details will remain readable. Compare the logo buying guide if you need a larger impression, or the text loyalty stamp for short wording.

Card fit, surfaces and replacement pads

Measure the usable space inside your reward box and allow room for normal placement variation. Check an actual-size layout, then test the stamp on a sample of the card stock before printing a full run.

Standard stamp ink is intended for suitable absorbent, uncoated paper and card. Glossy, laminated and matt-coated surfaces need advice on a compatible combination. A matt-looking finish does not establish that a card is uncoated. Test drying and readability on the actual material.

Use the compatible Traxx 7/9021 replacement pad and follow the fitting instructions supplied with your specific stamp. A new pad may help when the old pad is depleted; it will not fix every layout, material or mechanical problem. Impression yield varies with use and storage.

Free tracked UK delivery is available on orders over £39.99. We aim to despatch eligible orders placed before midday, but stock may need ordering in, so this is an aim rather than a guarantee. Tracking is added on despatch. DPD zones B, C and D are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We provide free replacements for missing orders and errors.
