Product description

Right-to-work check record stamp

This self-inking stock wording stamp provides a printed record layout with signature and date spaces for HR paperwork. Check the product images for the exact supplied statement.

Use as a paperwork aid

The stamp does not perform a right-to-work check, establish eligibility or replace the required checking process. Use the record layout only after carrying out the appropriate check and retaining the required evidence. Follow the current GOV.UK right-to-work guidance and employer guidance.

Ink and aftercare

Supplied with black ink. The self-inking mechanism uses a built-in pad, so no separate stamping pad is needed. Replacement pads must match the model on the casing; contact us if you are unsure which pad to choose.

Use on paper and matt card. For coated, glossy or other materials, contact us before ordering to check the stamp and ink for your application. Test on scrap paper before marking the final document.
