Certified true-copy and true-likeness wording stamp

A self-inking stock wording stamp for paper document copies. The supplied layout combines true-copy and true-likeness statements with spaces for signature and date.

Using certification wording

The stamp repeats the supplied statement; it does not verify a document, identity or likeness by itself. Confirm the wording and who can certify with the organisation receiving the document. Follow the current GOV.UK document certification guidance for the task. Acceptance depends on the applicable requirements and the checks carried out.

Check the wording before ordering

Check the product images for the exact supplied wording and layout. This is a stock wording stamp. For a different statement or your own details, browse personalised text stamps.

Ink and aftercare

Supplied with black ink. The self-inking mechanism uses a built-in pad, so no separate stamping pad is needed. Replacement pads must match the model on the casing; contact us if you are unsure which pad to choose.

Use on paper and matt card. For coated, glossy or other materials, contact us before ordering to check the stamp and ink for your application. Test on scrap paper before marking the final document.

See our legal stamp range for other statements and layouts.

Despatch and delivery

We aim to despatch orders placed before midday (12pm) on the same day. This is an aim rather than a guarantee: stock may need ordering in. Delivery time is separate from despatch time. Free tracked UK delivery is available on orders over £39.99. See our delivery information for services and regional restrictions. For timing advice, call 01695 769113.
