42mm round personalised logo stamp for paper and matt card

The Trodat 4642 is a self-inking stamp with a 42mm diameter impression. Use it for a circular business logo, badge or short logo-and-text layout on suitable absorbent paper and uncoated matt card. The stated size is the stamped impression.

Choose your 42mm stamp package

Choose the package in the product selector and check the displayed price before ordering:

• Stamp Only: the self-inking stamp with its internal ink pad, without an extra replacement pad.
• Stamp + Ink Pad (single): the stamp plus one extra replacement ink pad.
• Stamp + Ink Pad (2 Pack): the stamp plus two extra replacement ink pads.

A self-inking stamp uses its internal pad for each impression; an extra pad is a replacement, rather than a separate pad you press the stamp onto. Check the available ink-colour choices in the personaliser.

Upload your logo and check the visual

Upload SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG artwork in the online personaliser and check the preview before ordering. Use the clearest original you have. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering.

Review spelling, numbers, alignment and fine detail in the personaliser visual. A separate manual proof is available on request; it is not automatically sent for every order. If you need advice before ordering, call 01695 769113.

Choose a suitable surface

This standard self-inking logo stamp is intended for suitable absorbent paper and uncoated matt card. Glossy and coated packaging can prevent the ink absorbing and may smudge. Ask us before ordering for fabric, wood, coated labels or other specialist surfaces so the stamp and ink can be checked for your application.

Despatch, tracking and help

We aim to despatch orders placed before midday (12pm) on the same day. This is an aim rather than a guarantee: stock may need ordering in for the next day. Carrier transit time is separate from despatch.

Free tracked UK delivery is available on orders over £39.99. Tracking is added to the order on despatch. Remote UK zones B, C and D are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Check the delivery policy for services, rates and destination restrictions. We send free-of-charge replacements for missing orders and errors.
