Combine your own fixed wording with a manually adjustable date on paperwork and records. This self-inking Mini Dater has a listed maximum impression area of 25 × 12mm and a 4mm date height.

Personalise your wording

This listing allows up to two short lines of custom text. Keep the wording concise and check spelling, spacing and the complete layout in the product personaliser before ordering. The date mechanism occupies part of the impression area, so the full 25 × 12mm area is not available for text alone.

Choose your ink colour

Select Black, Blue, Red, Green, Violet or Blue/Red from the product options. The Blue/Red option prints the fixed wording in blue and the date in red. The selected option determines the ink supplied; Blue/Red is not included with every colour choice.

Using your date stamp

Set and check the date before stamping each batch. The year range is limited by the bands fitted to the stamp; contact us before ordering if a particular future year is essential. Dates visible in product photographs are examples.

Use on suitable absorbent, uncoated paper or card. Test drying and readability on your actual material. Glossy, laminated and coated surfaces need a suitability check.
