Which Professional stamp size should I choose?

Choose the size based on the amount of information you need to include. The 5208 is ideal for most businesses, the 5211 offers more room for larger logos and additional text, while the 5212 is best when you need the largest possible impression for packaging, branding or detailed layouts.

Can I include my company logo?

Yes. Most Professional models are available as Text Only, Text & Logo or Logo Only. Simply upload your artwork during ordering and we'll create a personalised stamp from your design.

Are Professional stamps suitable for daily use?

Absolutely. The Professional range is specifically engineered for frequent use with a durable steel frame, smooth self-inking mechanism and replaceable ink pads, making it ideal for busy workplaces.

Can I replace the ink pad?

Yes. Genuine Trodat replacement ink pads are available, allowing you to keep using the same stamp for years while maintaining clean, sharp impressions.

What ink colours are available?

Trodat Professional stamps are available with a choice of Black, Blue, Red, Green and Violet ink pads, depending on the model.

How long do Professional stamps last?

With genuine replacement ink pads and normal use, a Trodat Professional stamp is designed to provide many years of reliable service, even in demanding working environments.

How quickly will my personalised stamp be dispatched?

Every stamp is laser engraved to order in our UK workshop. Current dispatch times are shown on each product page and at checkout.
