Will my address or wording fit?

The wide rectangular format gives room for longer lines, but there is no single character limit for every design. Capacity depends on the font, letter size, spacing and wording. A long website or email address may need its own line. Check the complete preview and keep the smallest lettering readable rather than adding more information than the layout can comfortably hold.

What surfaces suit the standard ink?

Use standard stamp ink on absorbent paper and uncoated matt card, including envelopes, forms, invoices and suitable packaging labels. Support the material on a flat surface and test an impression first. Glossy or coated materials may smudge; ask for advice before choosing a stamp for fabric, plastic, metal or other specialist surfaces.

Ink choices and replacement pads

The built-in pad inks the stamp between impressions, so routine use does not require a separate external pad. Choose an available ink colour to suit your documents or workflow.

When impressions fade, use the matching Trodat 6/4915 replacement ink pad. Replacing the pad refreshes the ink without changing the personalised text. Check the model number when buying a replacement because other Trodat pads are not automatically interchangeable.
