Measure the area where the impression will appear, then include only essential information. A slightly larger stamp usually produces a clearer result than forcing too much content into a small impression area.

The minimum practical size depends on the font, stamp model and surface. Simple bold fonts work better than thin or decorative styles, especially when several lines of text are included.

The ideal spacing depends on font size, weight and the stamp model. Compact layouts should still preserve clear separation between addresses, labels or approval wording.

Review the proof at actual size where possible. Check names, numbers, punctuation, alignment and the balance between text and graphics before approving it.
