Plan your text before setting the characters

This 4927 kit is offered for up to 8 lines of text. Capacity depends on the character size, spacing and wording. Check the characters available in the supplied sets before planning a long name, address or repeated letter.

The kit includes the self-inking stamp with ink pad, character sets and tweezers for arranging the text. Follow the supplied setting instructions, then make a test impression on scrap paper to check spelling, line order and spacing.

DIY wording and artwork

You assemble this kit's text with physical characters and can rearrange them when your details change. If you want a finished stamp made with a logo or a specific artwork layout, contact our team to choose a suitable personalised stamp.

Ink, paper and care

The internal pad inks the stamp between impressions. Use the standard ink setup on suitable absorbent paper and uncoated matt card, testing the actual material first. Ask us before choosing ink for glossy labels, plastic, fabric or another specialist surface.

Pad life depends on the wording, material and frequency of use. For faint or uneven impressions, use our stamp care and ink-pad help.

Choose the matching Trodat 6/4927 replacement ink pad for the standard setup and confirm the model and cartridge reference before ordering. A fresh pad renews the ink supply; it does not supply replacement character sets.
