Mark invoices, receipts or internal payment records after payment has been confirmed. Choose one wording option from the selector before adding to your basket. Each unit is one stamp in the selected design.

The wording is fixed for each design. These are stock stamps, so selecting an option changes the supplied message rather than adding personalised text. Review the chosen design and quantity before ordering.

Size and ink

Impression area: 48 x 18mm. Ink: Red. The self-inking SD4U Imprint 12 uses an internal ink pad between impressions.

Using your stamp

Use on suitable absorbent paper and uncoated card. Test a matching offcut before marking a batch. For glossy labels, coated packaging, plastic or fabric, ask us to check the stamp and ink setup first.

Replacement pad and care

Choose the SD4U Imprint 12 replacement ink pad and match the model and cartridge reference before ordering. A fresh pad renews the ink supply and keeps your existing wording. For faint or uneven marks, see our stamp care and ink-pad guidance. Ink life varies with use and storage.
