Colop E/R40 Replacement Ink Pad

Colop E/R40 Replacement Ink Pad is a model-specific replacement pad designed to restore clear, consistent impressions without replacing the complete stamp. It fits COLOP Printer R40 and Printer R40 Dater. Match the model number on your stamp casing before ordering.

What you receive: replacement ink pads for your existing stamp. The stamp body and a new rubber printing plate are not included. Replacing the pad renews the ink; it does not change the wording or logo on your stamp.

How to replace the ink pad

1. Press the stamp down approximately 5mm and engage the side locks.
2. Push the used pad out carefully, avoiding contact with the inked surface.
3. Slide the new pad into the same channel until it sits securely.
4. Release the locks and test the stamp on scrap paper.

Match the round R40 model marking and E/R40 cartridge reference on your existing stamp and pad before ordering.

If you have the rectangular Printer 40/2 DIY kit, use its matching COLOP E/40 replacement ink pad. The E/40 and E/R40 references identify different cartridges.

Check the ink-colour configuration

The options on this page are individual ink colours: black, blue, red, green or violet. For a blue/red two-colour impression, confirm the separate E/R40/2 cartridge reference and its ink sections before ordering. Selecting blue or red here means one ink colour, not a two-colour pad.

Check the full casing and cartridge markings, selected colour, quantity and displayed price. If your existing pad has a /2 suffix or multiple ink sections, prepare a cartridge-identification enquiry with photographs before choosing a replacement.
