Product description

Personalised QR code stamp with up to two lines of text

Put your QR code and a short message on paper labels, tags or cards with the SD4U 4933 self-inking stamp. Use it to direct customers to your chosen web page or contact information, then test the finished stamped code before using it in batches.

Prepare your QR artwork

  • QR code: check that the original artwork opens the intended destination before uploading it.
  • Wording: add up to two lines of text and check spelling, punctuation and line breaks.
  • Layout: keep the code, its clear border and wording inside the available design area. Review the complete layout at its finished size; casing measurements do not establish text or code fit.

Use a clear, flat QR image rather than an angled photograph. Keep the border around the code free of text and graphics. See DENSO WAVE QR code margin guidance.

Check scanning before stamping a batch

  1. Review the code and wording in the personaliser before ordering.
  2. When your stamp arrives, make several test impressions on your intended material.
  3. Scan those physical impressions with the devices your customers will use and confirm that each opens the correct destination.

A screen preview alone does not verify a stamped QR code. Scan performance depends on the artwork, impression, material and reading device.

Surfaces and replacement ink pads

Use suitable matt, absorbent paper or uncoated card. For glossy, coated or other materials, ask us to check the stamp and ink before ordering.

The 6/4933 replacement ink pad fits both SD4U 4933 and Trodat 4933 stamps. A replacement pad renews the ink; it does not change your QR code or wording. See our stamp care and ink-pad help.
