PRODUCT DETAILS
Product description
The Trodat Printy 4750 E-MAILED date stamp combines fixed E-MAILED wording with a manually adjustable date. Its self-inking mechanism uses an internal pad for repeat marking on suitable paper copies of correspondence and internal administration records. Select your ink option and check the date before use.
Product details
- Brand and model: Trodat Printy 4750
- Fixed wording: E-MAILED
- Date: manually adjustable day, month and year bands
- Current ink options: Black, Blue, Red, Green, Violet, Blue/Red
- Compatible pad range: Trodat 6/4750; match the intended ink configuration
Check the chosen option before adding to the basket. Single-colour and Blue/Red configurations are separate choices, and the replacement pad must match your model and intended layout. This stock wording is not an editable custom-text template.
Mark paper records of email activity
Use the stamp on suitable paper copies after checking the email action in your own system. It does not send an email, connect to a mailbox, change a digital document or confirm delivery or reading. The impression records the wording and date selected by the user; keep the actual email record separately.
Compare other process markers
Choose the wording that matches the step you are recording. Other options include RECEIVED, POSTED, PAID, APPROVED and CHECKED date stamps. If your layout needs a business name or custom message, compare the personalised range below.
Set and check the date
Adjust the day, month and year using the bands according to the instructions supplied with your stamp. Make a test impression on spare suitable material and check the complete message before stamping finished paperwork. Repeat the check at the start of each working day and after changing the bands.
The stamp does not automatically read today's date. Ask us about the year range on the actual stock being supplied if a particular future year matters; do not assume every date stamp has the same date-band range.
Suitable surfaces and maintenance
Standard office stamp ink is intended for suitable absorbent, uncoated paper and card. Glossy labels, laminated material and matt-coated packaging need advice on a compatible stamp and ink combination. Test drying and readability on the actual material before a full run.
Follow your model's fitting instructions when replacing a pad. Match the pad model and ink configuration, not just its apparent size. A faint impression can have more than one cause, so check the setup and surface before assuming the pad is depleted.
