Can I see my design before ordering?
You can see a visual of your design inside the personaliser. A separate manual proof is available on request. Check spelling, contact details and layout before checkout; if you need help, call 01695 769113.
How much is delivery?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is normally 2–3 working days and starts from approximately £2.99. Other services are available for eligible addresses. We aim to despatch orders placed before midday on the same day; this is an aim rather than a guarantee, as stock may need ordering in.
Addresses in DPD delivery zones B, C and D are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. International Tracked delivery is £8.95. Check the full delivery information and shipping policy before ordering, particularly if you need a stamp for a specific date.
Allow for the correct replacement pad or refill
