Loyalty Stamps for your Customers

Loyalty Stamps for your Customers

Choose a loyalty stamp that fits your reward card

A loyalty-card stamp marks a qualifying purchase or visit under the rules of your reward scheme. The right choice depends on the size of each card box, the design you want to print and the card surface. It does not guarantee repeat visits or higher sales; the reward, service and running costs matter too.

Browse our loyalty-card stamp collection, which includes fixed designs as well as products offering personalisation. Check the individual product rather than assuming every item in the collection accepts your logo.

Example Design and impression Possible use
Traxx 9021 Coffee Bean Fixed coffee-bean design; 14 × 14mm Café reward cards
Traxx 9021 Paw Print Fixed paw-print design; 14 × 14mm Pet-grooming reward cards
Traxx 9021 Comb & Scissors Fixed comb-and-scissors design; 14 × 14mm Salon reward cards
Traxx 9021 Car Wash Fixed car-wash design; 14 × 14mm Car-wash reward cards
Traxx 9021 Heart Fixed heart design; 14 × 14mm Retail or service reward cards

These are starting points, rather than a promise that one model fits every loyalty card. The dimensions describe the impression, never the outer casing. Check the live product's selected ink colour, package and availability before ordering.

Other fixed design options include Football, Skull, Target, Music Note, Fish and Anchor.

Check the box size before printing cards

  1. Measure the usable width and height of one reward box, excluding its border.
  2. Compare that space with the stamp's impression dimensions and leave room for normal placement variation.
  3. Make a paper layout mock-up at actual size. A 14 × 14mm impression needs more than a tightly matching 14 × 14mm box if you want space around the mark.
  4. Test the actual stamp on a sample of the chosen card stock before printing a full run.

A larger logo stamp may suit the front of a card or packaging, while being too large for individual reward boxes. If you want your own logo as the reward mark, ask us to check an appropriate personalised model. Our logo stamp buying guide helps compare formats; do not choose a large model solely because it can hold more detail.

Choose the surface and replacement pad

Use suitable absorbent, uncoated paper or card for standard office stamp ink. A matt appearance does not establish that a card is uncoated: glossy, laminated and matt-coated surfaces need specific advice and testing. Card weight alone does not guarantee a clear or smudge-free impression. Let the test impression dry and check it under normal handling.

The linked Traxx 9021 examples use the Traxx 7/9021 replacement pad. Match the pad to the model and follow the fitting instructions. Check current colour options on the product; do not assume every stamp or pad has identical choices.

Run a clear reward scheme

Write down what earns a stamp, how many are needed, what the reward includes and how lost or completed cards are handled. Give staff the same instructions and keep the stamp at the point of sale. A familiar stock design can be convenient, but it is not a security device or proof of a qualifying purchase.

Custom artwork, ordering and help

Where the selected personalised product offers artwork upload, use SVG, PNG or JPG/JPEG in the online personaliser. PDF upload is not currently supported in the online personaliser. If you only have a PDF, contact us before ordering. Check the visual in the personaliser; a separate manual proof is available on request. A fixed-design stock stamp does not require custom artwork. Text and logo capacity depend on the selected model and layout.
